What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Newly back to Silver Sneakers. Hope to progress so that I can follow it with treadmill or other exercise. Maybe when the weather is nice, just a pleasant walk on the Y trail.
I'm almost 84, in good health and traveling a lot, so I need to stay strong and healthy. The Y will help me do that.
