I think the product is very well organized. And the staff is always very nice.
I have put in a request a couple of times to have the time on the right side of the schedule as well as the left side. When you have a lot of staff like our office it would really help to see things quicker and clearer instead of trying to follow a line across the screen.

The system is relatively easy to navigate, provudes multiple options, which makes notes writing an easy task. To improve system navigation it would be practical to add "How to...." option with quick steps for an answer.
Example: Q: How to access patient file ? A: Click on ....etc
Q: How to do non-visit discharge? A: Cluck on.....etc

The system, while quite complex, works well. Documents look very organized and professional. Can run a report for just about any data we need.

Great responsiveness and a clear vision was presented at the Roadshow, but I am very nervous about RT taking away our customizations. We purchased this product because there wasn't anything in the marketplace for pediatric therapy and we went with RT because we could customize for pediatrics.
