I like the two person teams and completing the job in about an hour so we can all be on with our day. We also like the early 8:30 a.m. time. I'm not really familiar with the products used in our home except the red commode chemical and it's okay. None of the products leave any smells that interfere with our personal experience. So far, we've only had one bad experience with the cleaning of one of your employees and we consider that now in the past.

The last time I had Merry Maids here, I was extremely pleased with the team that was here. They both work very very hard to make sure that every area of my home was cleaned properly. In the past I have not always been so impressed. But this past time was a very positive experience. Every part of my tile floor not covered by rugs was mopped and cleaned. Every piece of furniture was dusted appropriately. I would like to commend this team. I would like to request that this team be assigned to my home permanently. Donna and Stacey are excellent representatives for your company.

Both employees started to work as soon as they arrived. They worked continuously, until all was finished. They were thorough and consciencious. They did a good job, getting all of the little nooks and crannies that i was unable to do. The floors looked great when they were done, and they even got a stain off of my refrigerator that i had been unable to get off. The house smelled wonderful when they left.
