We can schedule our deliveries. Now you have the price per gallon on line so we have a good idea what our bill will be. We can pretty much count on receiving a delivery within about a week from the time we choose to call, not get surprise deliveries based on the weather and possible usage which just isn't the way we use propane. Also now with your computer program we we have 2 tanks and can order delivery for both at the same time. In the past to do that we had to call on the phone to make sure they had propane to fill both tanks.

When I had my husband call for propane as he has all the time in the world at the moment, they made a quick call to confirm with me that he was allowed to do so since he is not on the account. You can't be too careful with all the scammers out there, so it was a pleasant surprise when they double checked with me and didn't flat out denied him. No fuss excellent customer service.

I like having the automatic delivery. You don’t need to check your tank and call for a refill. I also like the monthly budget plan. I do use the website to look at my tank reading and when my tank was last filled.
The person who took the order was very nice. The man who delivered remembered I was a teacher and a few other things about us. I was leaving and when I asked about my bill he assured me he would leave it on the door.

I highly recommend Superior Plus Propane. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received when I had a propane tank put on my property recently. Any questions I've had when calling the main office were answered promptly. Their workers are professional and do a very good job. They take customer satisfaction and pride in their work seriously.
