We can schedule our deliveries. Now you have the price per gallon on line so we have a good idea what our bill will be. We can pretty much count on receiving a delivery within about a week from the time we choose to call, not get surprise deliveries based on the weather and possible usage which just isn't the way we use propane. Also now with your computer program we we have 2 tanks and can order delivery for both at the same time. In the past to do that we had to call on the phone to make sure they had propane to fill both tanks.
My install tech was great! He showed me everything and explained the valves on the house and tank. It is the first I've had propane so it was all new to me.
