The complete process. Dr. Patel explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. Dr. Patel asked if I was comfortable during the procedure. He introduced himself and came back to check on me before I left the office.

The friendly staff and timeliness of my appointment. My appointment was 8:30am, I was checked in and prep for treatment at 8:30am. The staff put me at ease by being informative and caring, the staff and doctor were not rushing the procedure but patiently ensured I was cared for.

Seem to be a very great doctor great bedside manner made me feel comfortable even for what he was doing, I wish I could take him again

Office staff was a bit hurried and a bit rude. We were told to be there by 7:50 which we were for a 8:20 appt.
We waited while the office filled up and many people came in. Now it was after 8 when she rudely said cone up and firm a line. We did. After that we both needed to use the BR. When we asked she rudely said it’s to your left then go through the door and turn left. Four was locked. Wasn’t sure what to do so I went up to ask she again rudely said I gave to unlock it I’ll be with you in a minute.
She let us in and we still weren’t sure where to go. A very nice young woman saw us and showed us where to go.
All most people want is a bit of courtesy and kindness. I get it she was prob rushed after the storms, but why not come out and say I’m running a bit behind due to … and I’ll be with you shortly.
Just be kind for Pete’s sake!

Other than that, my husband said the 3 persons assisting Dr.Patel were wonderful!

I never really saw the doctor. I was already in the chair when he entered the operating room. The procedure was pretty quick and not so painful as I thought. The nurse was very professional and knowledgeable of the procedure. She answered all my questions before and after the surgery. What I didn’t like was the hour and a half sitting in the waiting room. Especially because I was told to be 10 minutes early. Dr. Berger did a great job. I woke up today with hardly any pain.
