All the personal I had contact with were “Outstanding.” Their labor rate was higher than all other competitors, however I felt that the work completed was outstanding and well worth the expense. My immediate Service Advisor was Mr. Fuss. He kept me informed of the progress performed almost Daily. From the onset conversation with Ms. Piotrowski Appointment Setter thru Mr. Watterson Sr. Advisir and Mr. Rose Parts Department I was treated as a V.I.P. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the personal touch. Each person that we met was knowledgeable and helpful. This made our camper purchase much less stressful.
