My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Coachman Nova 20C van. Its been perfect in everyway. Sales, Thank Gary and Dan who worked hard to get us such a great price. We believe we got the best deal ever on our Nova and can't wait to retire and become full time rv'ers. Service. Thank you Trevor our advisor, definately finds a way to take care of his customers. Patience is the name of the game. For as many RV's they sell and service, I learned to follow his advice and be patient. Gets better every time. Parts, Im impressed how nice everyone is. I purchase some items for our van and one high dollar item did not work on our rv, I returned it 1 month later no questions ask. We would and have refered family and friends to General any day... Everyone was so friendly! We got extras on our Brinkley and they said it would take an hour that wasn’t the case lol we were there from 9:30 AM and we left around 3:30 PM. I also was hoping we could’ve got a picture with our truck and Brinkley but we were just sent on our way without that. But all around our experience was definitely a good one just a long way, so maybe prepare your people for that when they come through the door if they decide to add on extras, which hopefully most of them do🤗

Love Wayland dealership. Absolutely give them a 10. Dover, FL is a disgrace to the General RV brand. The owners need to investigate that dealership. Tried to communicate for 3 months and nobody ever called back. My Progressive Rep tried and got no response. I asked around. Everyone said don't take anything to General RV in Dover! I would rate them a double 00!!!!
