So far, we have been happy with the service department. Jeremy is a great communicator. He makes sure to understand what we need. Takes notes and photos. He also explained your service process to us which was helpful.
They're up front with us when we dropped off the camper on what needed attention. The new covered bay is a great idea and having someone there who was going to do the visual checkout process was a great idea.
My wife and I are very pleased with our 2024 Coachman Nova 20C van. Its been perfect in everyway.

Service. Thank you Trevor our advisor, definately finds a way to take care of his customers. Patience is the name of the game. For as many RV's they sell and service, I learned to follow his advice and be patient. Gets better every time.
Parts, Im impressed how nice everyone is. I purchase some items for our van and one high dollar item did not work on our rv, I returned it 1 month later no questions ask.

The service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service repair needed for my 5th Wheel. His name is Trevor Tyler and he spent time documenting and explaining all the details of the repairs.
Everyone was so friendly! We got extras on our Brinkley and they said it would take an hour that wasn’t the case lol we were there from 9:30 AM and we left around 3:30 PM. I also was hoping we could’ve got a picture with our truck and Brinkley but we were just sent on our way without that. But all around our experience was definitely a good one just a long way, so maybe prepare your people for that when they come through the door if they decide to add on extras, which hopefully most of them do🤗

Love Wayland dealership. Absolutely give them a 10. Dover, FL is a disgrace to the General RV brand. The owners need to investigate that dealership. Tried to communicate for 3 months and nobody ever called back. My Progressive Rep tried and got no response. I asked around. Everyone said don't take anything to General RV in Dover! I would rate them a double 00!!!!
