1 Matt, Drew, and Kathy were very prompt and professional when we arrived for our 9am service appointment. 2 All 3 of them were briefed and had the work order in hand, and quickly began there detailed review of my RV. 3 During the review, Matt & Drew found a roof seal failure - and addressed/fixed it. 4. Matt, Drew, and Kathy were both friendly and approachable, and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall outstanding experience.

The people, I have no complaints about the people that I worked with during the buying of my new TT and return visit to have the TT de-winterized. The only 2 things that bothered me, 1) the lack of communication between sales & servicing and 2) when I had an issue hooking the TT to my truck to bring it back for the service, I had a frustrating problem getting the hitch to hook to the ball properly. When I called GRV Service for help, I was transferred to a differant company for tech support. I was disappointed that GRV couldn't assist me in hooking up the 2024 TT's hitch to my truck. I was 20 late for my appointment, I hate being late for any appointment.

We first encountered your business at Birch Run while traveling when we needed urgent warranty service. Richard Buning our Service Manager took care of us and made sure our trip was not interrupted in the least! Since then we have had our Camper serviced with Birch Run General RV and Richard Buning has handled us with the utmost professionalism every time! We have even had warranty work delayed to be completed by Birch Run General RV because up to now we have been completely satisfied with all the work we have had completed there! I cannot say the same about the other camper store who serviced us once before! They left the work incomplete and General RV in Birch Run completed it! I have verbally spoken highly of our experience with General RV....I wish I could name the people who worked behind the scenes on our camper as well as they have performed professionally as well. I just don’t have their names but they deserve to be mentioned as well.
