Our Service Advisor, Richard Bunning, was excellent. He was proactive with scheduling and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. It was important to us that the repair be completed in one day and he did his best to facilitate this. He kept us informed with progress updates throughout the entire day. He even stayed a bit later at the end of his work day to make sure we were satisfied with the job done. He also followed up the following day. Well done and I would highly recommend General RV in Birch Run!

Richard Buning our Service Manager is the face of General RV for us and he has always made our service personalized. He maintains communication via phone text and email to keep us apprised of progress at all times. From our first encounter which was as emergency needs travelers to currently as scheduled patrons. Richard Buning service manager and the service provided at Birch Run General RV are why we schedule service 8, yes 8 hours from home. (Home is Mohawk, Mi)
