Being able to spend a night transferring property from one rv to the other. Thank you to Lou Marino, Octavia Gibson and Marshal for making for a smooth transformation. After I left and got home I realized I left part of my shade screen attached to my old 5th wheel that I traded in. I contacted Octavia Gibson and she retrieved the part and mailed it to me. To me Octavia went out of her way to retrieve the item and send it to me. I even received her text with the tracking number. Thank you.

We stopped in enroute to a vacation destination with an emergency repair need. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, getting our trailer in within minutes and had the repair (slide out motor replacement) completed within a couple of hours.

After having problems on the road, I was able to get into General a day after my request. “Keep Yo Camping “program is awesome. Thank You. Upon arrival the service manager, Kyle, met me with a warm greeting and assisted me with several general questions. He’s always the best. Ashley Lyon, my service director, had all the paperwork and request ready. She is TOP SHELF in every way! A keeper for sure! Kenny Dominguez, in the maintenance service area, has always been great to work with as well taking care of my needs. Pat him on the back as well. While waiting, the ladies in the parts department did an awesome job assisting me with some questions and ideas on product needs. Within about 3 hours, I was contacted and ready to hit the road again. Work is well done and the General team members are always on target meeting my needs.
