Great customer service! This was our first time buying an RV. We felt very comfortable about the whole experience. From our first contact with Dylan at the MARVAC show at Blue Water Convention Center in Port Huron to picking up our new trailer at Mt Clemens. Jenn in reception, Joe who demonstrated and showed us how everything worked, Mike who explained warranties and other services offered, everyone was so friendly and no pressure on anything we did. A very pleasant buying experience. I will highly recommend General RV to my friends!

Hello, I wanted to share my exerperience with General RV. Everyone involved from the internet inquiry up until I drove off the lot, including 3rd parties, have made this a pleasurable and seamless transaction! I hope to experience this same level of customer service at all General RV centers whether for parts or service. I can think of many additional ways General RV can increase revenue. Instead they focus on and specialize providing exceptional customer experience relationship while utilizing 3rd parties to alleviate additional non customer facing tasks in the background. This experience was better than purchasing my new truck and building my new home. I'm a firm believer in following your gut instinct and it was just right during every step of the process. I'm an advocate for General RV and already shared my experience with friends, family and coworkers! I do not receive any incentive for this review.
