Outstanding service, quality, variety of trailers for any need as well as amenities needed for your trailer or camping trip. Brenda at the Mt. Clemens location was awesome. Very personable and gave us information accordingly to our service and we were shocked at how affordable it was.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The service is great. Bailey Ogg is the best. I'm amazed with everything she knows. John Donaroma is also very helpful. He goes out of his way to make things right. There are alot more people that I would like to mention but can't remember their names.

We like General RV! This is our third purchase from General RV, but our first at the Clarkston store as you had the 5th wheel in stock that we were wanting. The only frustrating part was the negotiations. Using different color coded markers and driving people to almost exploding is not cool. We ended up with a deal that we were very happy with but good grief, the frustration with trying to get our credit card and drivers license back so we could leave before the 2nd or 3rd “final” offer was made to us was incredibly aggravating!!
