To set up my service I had a visit from (Matt?). He was incredibly thorough, performing leak checks and getting my system running. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was right before the tanks were filled. I really appreciate this from both a performance and safety perspective. The propane delivery happened right on time, and as scheduled, the very next day. The online system is easy to navigate and all the information I need to manage my account is available.
