The first reason why I’m staying with Griffith is the ability to negotiate my price per gallon. Without that I would have remained with the company for as long as I have. The second reason is because of my driver mike that does delivery. He recognized my propane needs and made a critical adjustment to avoid running out. I have not had any issues since he corrected my delivery.

My experience with every person from the Skaneateles and Red Creek location were excellent. The Dispatcher-Customer Service Representative from Skaneateles was very helpful in regards to my billing questions. The Service Coordinator was very informative, responds very quickly to my emails and was very accommodating with regard to my schedule. The Service Technicians were spot on. Conducted themselves, in a professional manner, arrived on time, explained what services would be completed, performed all work as described, didn't make a mess and appeared to take extra precautions during the COVID-19 health crisis and followed all CDC guidelines.
