Always answer the telephone, service is always prompt and as promised, and no matter what level the snow is at they manage to get through the snow to pump my oil. I have never run out of oil and I have a very large house.

Your people are good and professional. They did accidentally drill thru electric wire. No offer to help me fix. Took 4 hours to fix with cutting out wood panelling in house and adding new junction box

We can count on your delivery schedule and have never run out of propane. On occasion, we do have problems with billing. We feel it is not the company's fault, but the delivery driver putting the wrong address. We call your office and the matter is taken care of immediately.
Set up crew came when they said they would and extremely friendly and knowledgeable delivery driver came shortly after, equipment by both crews was very impressive and new.
Very dependable, however the price is a little high.
