The women i spoke to was great.
We have a cottage at DLBB in Rome. When we arrived to open for season we discovered we were out of propane and might have a possible leak. We called Superior and they were glad to know they could get on grounds after pandemic. They arrived next day and filled tank and fixed leak.
In addition, I had a problem getting my email changed to look at my account online. The ladies at the Rome office were very helpful and patient working with me.

We have never had anything but a very positive experience dealing with our local Superior Plus. In fact, we have joked that they must have to pass an entrance exam to prove they are warm and friendly people. Without exception (for many years) we have always found them to be helpful, courteous and, without exception, friendly.

very prompt quick delivery when in need didn't like that she ran out on a Friday and an 8-10 gallons would have $200 delivery fee couldn't pay it and had to use electric heaters
