We are seasonal customers who use little propane. When we had someone come out last summer, he recommended we downsize our propane tank, which saves us money. Also, you come out at the beginning of the season and top off our tank before we get there, so no request needed. Website is easy to use.
One opportunity: we have a large credit on our account because of returning excess propane in our old tank. Email I got yesterday said I had a balance due of $60. I had to go to website to confirm my balance due was zero.
