We liked that they were on time. The two guys that came were polite, professional and friendly. They also did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. We have always had an oil furnace so propane is a big change for us...all the new sounds to get used to and such. There is a banging noise on the side of the furnace from suction that is loud. Is that normal?
