I switch to your company because your serviceman was called out o my daughter's little bungalow in Jay, N.Y. I called for help because I did not know how to run her heater. He showed me what was wrong and he made sure it was set because I lived five miles away and could not be there. He made sure that she was on an automatic fillup. We went through the winter with no problems. The way I was treated was refreshing, lots of time women are just dismissed. Your company people sold me and made me want to have the service of my propane equipment. I've been with Griffith Energy now for about 15 years and won't leave them.

I work a lot of hours and Griffith has always been very good to me about being patient with payment. I sometimes forget, they remind me with a gentle call and I pay it immediately. Drop offs have always been done in a timely manner so I don't have to worry. Friendly company.
