The woman I spoke with about my bill was genuinely sympathetic and assured me she would see what she could do. My alternative solution was to change propane suppliers which would be a hassle and perhaps not a long term solution. She was wise to try to please me and retain a reliable customer.

I have been very satisfied with Griffith Energy for years. The few times there have been any kind of issue, it has been resolved professionally and respectfully. The people in their office are always helpful and that's really good for me as I can be a little thick headed at times.
