This was our first time at Sports Clips. Manager Kelly Horil cut my son's hair. He is a soon to be middle schooler and particular about his hair yet indecisive...haha! Kelly was so patient with us as we tried to get his hair just right. She helped us look for ideas and had pictures for options. Haircuts have been emotional for my son and me since his father passed in September. This was something my husband and son did together and this was only the second cut he's had since his dad passed. As I got teary eyed as we checked out, I explained this to Kelly and she was so sweet even offering me a hug if I needed. We will definitely be back to this location and will likely request Kelly in the future.

Staff was great! Would like a more detailed explanation of how the on line system works and that you still need to ‘check in ‘ when you arrive.

This was my first visit to a Sport Clips. I love my hair cut. Kelly did a outstanding job and made me feel very comfortable. The first time to a new place usually leave a person wondering if the stylist understands what you are wanting and expecting. I will definitely return for my next hair cut,. I also love the Bio Fuel Conditioner for my beard. My beard has never been so soft .
I used to like the app check in. It’d be nice if we could select “on my way” and “I’m here.” Clicking “check in” when you know you’re 30 min away just seems….wrong. Also, it stopped working. The entire app is now in my son’s name, but it still checks in as my name. And I don’t remember the last time it connected to the kiosk computer when I checked in. I put my phone number in and it acts like I / he isn’t already up on the waitlist.
Amanda was awesome! Will definitely be back. She asked how I felt about my haircut and had some insight for me as well. She took her time and I didn’t feel like I was rushed through. Great job Amanda and thank you!

I walked in and they took care of me right away. Was my first time and Kelly helped to get me signed in then she introduced herseld and took me over to her chair. Asked what I was wanting I said just a hair cut she said since this was my first time I could get a hot towel and facisal but I said no on that. She was very nice poilet and explained different things with the way my hair was laying which I thought was knowledge I liked to know. I would go to her again.
Amanda at the Edwardsville Sport Clips is an excellent stylist. I have been to many stylists at this location and I believe Amanda is the best yet. Very knowledgeable and talented with a fantastic personality. I plan to return and request Amanda every chance I get!
