The front staff are very friendly and cooperative. My masseuse, Lillian, is excellent in every way. The entire place is very well kept- very clean and welcoming. I would definitely tell others to use the Edison, NJ Elements,....except that the owners have decided to close the business. This has come as a surprise to everyone, especially those that work there. From what I’ve been told, the owners just decided to close...perhaps their reason to buy in the first place was to have a tax write-off.
I can not go to another Elements as there isn’t one near me. I do not know anything about other sites and will not drive miles away to a place that I do not know. Therefore I will not recommend this company to anyone else.
But I will follow Lillian wherever she winds up working.

The trained professional listened to me about few of my issues and provided a very apt service to suit my need. Apart from the nice massage she as well provided some valuable feedback for my daily routine which may get me out from some of the issues I am having related to stress. It was a very well hour spent. I was a member for about a year and it's been great at Elements in Edison. Unfortunately, I moved in the Trenton area and had to cancel my membership. The closest spa by me is Hand and Stone, which I have been to before and I'm not as impressed with their membership plan as Elements since they charge for transferring any of my accumulated massages, they also do not provide a full bottle of water, and charge a $40 sign-on fee. The only thing that I was not happy with at Elements in Edison is that one of the massage therapists would talk about 30 minutes into my massage and won't stop talking until the end. One also talked about her religion and what she believed in. The male therapists have always been great at Elements as well, which I know most people do not want to go to. It's unfortunate that I won't be back to this location, but I would recommend it to anyone.
