I love all the instructors
The heat and all teachers seem to have a nice flow. Also the vibe just rocks being upstairs with the windows overlooking the trinity.
From the minute I walked in the door, the instructor, Jan made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her class was great, as a beginner I felt like I was challenged and encouraged by those more experienced.
I love yoga. This is my first time to ever do yoga and it's been a great experience. Everyone seems very helpful during the "learning" process for me.
I have really enjoyed all of your classes! I like how I know what to expect each time no matter who the teacher is, but each teacher has their own style so it is not necessarily a set class. Also, I practice at the Fort Worth location and the view is the best! I only wish I lived a little closer so I could come every day :)

My entire experience with TYP, from reading the beginners' information online, to meeting Jan yesterday and Stacey Bush today, to the tone of the instruction (which in both cases was a fantastic blend of encouragement for long term students and mercy for new folks like myself), and even the asana pattern itself has been EXACTLY what I hoped for in a group practice. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space!

The instructors give modifications to poses so that beginners can do it as well as modification to make the pose more challenging for experienced students.

Katie was an absolute pleasure to take a class with. I am not a huge fan of yoga simply because I can't usually follow along very well but I actually really enjoyed the class we took with her yesterday morning and she made it very easy to follow her lead!
