I think it is a good place for those of all types and levels of understanding to learn. The teachers, for the most part, are non-judgemental and that is good. People are allowed to have an off day.

Suzanne is great. She makes everyone feel comfortable no matter your skill level. I'm far from experienced but I never feel self conscious in her classes because she will show you the positions and will come around and help you individually.

The studio is clean and inviting. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and help those who are at any stage in their practice. I started coming in December and have brought 3 different people with me over the last couple months and we love it!
All the instructors are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome st each class. The classroom itself in a pleasant environment with a variety of participants from beginner to more advanced. This is great because you never feel out of place no matter what your fitness level is.

I have only attended once so far, just started on Tuesday, but I enjoyed the space to practice. Very clean and modern design as well as providing a view of the river allowed me to feel at ease. The staff that evening were friendly and helpful as well.
