Jenn is an intuitive and thoughtful artist. From the start, with her, I felt like I could just let her do what she thought was best and not worry about it, and I've always like the results. (I even tried having my hair cut in bangs with her once! We learned bangs are not for me, but I trusted her for the experience, even though she was like ARE YOU SURE ... I should have listened, lol.) She is a comforting presence, not overly chatty and I always feel her calm, quiet authority will give me the best hair I can have. If you have curly hair, she's the artist for you.
Hairstylist knew what she was doing -- and the level of professionalism. Did a great job on my hair (and my hair isn't easy to work with - got a mind of its own!).

Clean, friendly, accommodating appointment; expert coloring, cuts, extensions, respect for elderly clients, handicapped clients, special needs clients. Excellent front desk, appointment reminders and professional treatment of clients - young and old. Full service from facials, nails, all hair needs.
Jen, my hair professional took me back on time, and we discussed at length what we'd be doing. She listened to what I was thinking and I listened to her suggestions as well. In the end, my hair turned out beautifully in spite of being in a transitional grey state. Jen really knows what she's doing and she takes the time to make sure her customers are satisfied.
Everyone is so lovely. The whole staff is very welcoming and informative. Gina made me feel very comfortable and Im excited to have found a hair salon that I like and trust.
