He is very profesional. The telephone staff assigned me to an appointment with the nurse practionor. And over booked. Which was not what i wanted. That was a nightmare. But the doctor made up for it.

His goal is the best medical outcomes for all his patients…I never feel like I’m just a customer…his diagnoses are rooted in advanced medical science. I always feel confident when he’s giving me the best options. His entire staff also exudes that feeling.

i was treated with respect. I was told what the process for the procedure would entail. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Herbert User is a very high ranking doctor in his field. He has very good communication skills. The Orland Park office is very convenient.

Dr.Pierpaoll is the most caring human being you will ever meet. He will take the best care of you and he saved me from unbearable pain. His staff is the best. They call you to see how you are feeling and they truly care.
