My first visit exceeded my expectations. Entire staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Pierpaoli took the time to explain my condition, discuss treatment options and answered all of my questions.
Doctor's clear and simple explanations, his knowledge and experience, and overall atmosphere of the office made me feel comfortable and confident in Dr. Pierpaoli care.

Doctor and staff are always smiling and very helpful. They answer all questions and if there is anything they can do to help they do so. If there is a question about something and they are unsure about it, they will look it up right in front of you. they will not stop till you are satisfied.

Regarding the personnel who check you in and schedule your appointments they could not be more efficient and personable. They are a credit to themselves as well as your office.

Dr. User is one of the finest specialists I have dealt with over the years.

He is very thorough. knowledgeable and has the perfect demeanor in dealing with my health concerns. He takes whatever time is needed for me to understand results of tests and discuss any questions or issues I may have.
