I just love Nicole. I have been seeing her at Dr. Mancini’s office for several years now. Anytime I have a question whether it be about a procedure or one of my medication refills Nicole is always there to promptly assist me. She has a great sense of humor as well. And let’s face it men hate going to Dr.’s offices. Especially for sensitive male conditions. Nicole made me feel at ease on each and every aspect of my appointments. I can’t say that about a lot of staff at very many of my other Physicians offices.

So far, he's been a breath of fresh air. His qualifications and experience are impeccable. He doesn't cancel scheduled appointments at the last minute, unlike one of his colleagues. He is on-time with his appointments. He is efficient but not rushed. He takes the necessary time to fully explain his diagnoses and recommendations. He welcomes questions, listens carefully, and provides clear answers and options. Rather than just prescribe a medicine or two after a few minutes of discussion, as his predecessor did, he takes a more proactive approach toward treatment and recovery. Thus far, his analyses and recommendations have been backed up by my own independent research. He is the first doctor in a very long time that I felt I could trust with my health.

i think that my phone appt. on June 23, 2025 will cost me a charge, and will bill me. if I'm not better, I can call your office for no charge. Correct me if I am wrong.
