Dr. Herzog sets the bar high for what a great physician should be. His ability to make patients feel at ease—and yes, that elusive “bedside manner” everyone talks about—is exceptional. He doesn’t rush through explanations; instead, he takes the time to break things down clearly and welcomes meaningful conversations about care options. In short, he treats you like a person, not a chart.
I would highly recommend Nicole for her services. She made my wife and I very comfortable during a procedure that can be embarassing. I never felt so comfortable around her and her actions with the process. She is definitely a 10 out of 10 in our eyes. Keep up the great work Nicole!!

He clearly explains your medical situation in terms that are easy to understand. He’s also very open to questions and offering easy to understand answers. He’s personable and gives you the time necessary that you feel that you had a complete doctors visit and leave with understanding of your condition. He has a friendly attitude and he is not arrogant and does not act aloof.
