Having worked with Dr Patel in the past, I knew he was a really good urologist. He listened and asked pertinent questions—2 things that are important. And, I didn’t feel rushed at all. His office was really well run. Everyone there seemed to know exactly what their jobs were and did them really well. I was totally impressed. So many physician offices are run poorly and extremely frustrating to deal with. This office was a pleasure to work with.
