Braden is a phenomenal inspector all around. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and submitted a detailed inspection report. Im guessing it must have been his longest he’s ever created at 77 pages long. I can’t thank Braden enough for his help and unbiased, independent report that helped us get out of the accepted offer we had on a house. I’ll use him on my next inspection for sure.

Our inspector was very thorough, personable, and began by asking us if there were any areas we really wanted checked/concerns that we had. He had a great wealth of knowledge, and made us feel very comfortable with the quality of our inspection. Our home is a new build that had been through several town inspections, but our inspector caught a pretty significant water leak. This was in a very small crawlspace that really had to be sought out in order to notice. We were very impressed!
