Braden’s comprehensive inspection report was a valuable resource for identifying electrical, mechanical, and structural defects prior to the purchase my prospective new home. The most concerning issues were a risk to my safety and health including, but not limited to the numerous electrical hazards, transite slab ductwork (the most brow-raising), and plumbing. Given the the potential health risks of exposure to asbestos materials and radon, I opted out of the Purchase Agreement saving myself from future headaches and expensive home repairs. I loved how Brayden explained every step, while ensuring to answer any follow up questions. He also took time to state we report facts, not emotions; his process was thought out and meticulous.
The report was thorough; however, as a first-time home buyer would've loved a little more detail, on locations, specific issues and whatnot in the report. It was extremely useful, but without in-depth knowledge, seemed like a foreign language at times. I truly enjoyed the images to accompany his text, and hope all individuals do so. He also took images of each utility.
