My teenage son was stranded 9 hours away, and they made sure to take care of him and get him back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. They let him use their phones as the cell service in Brighton was awful, and took care of him. We truly appreciated them while he was so far away.

My first time going to Christian Brothers was in late May this year (2023) and it was an awesome experience from being greeted when I walked in, to being walked through what to expect, to being called after I left to check-in with my experience. They have a nice waiting area as well with various home-like seating, with options of tea, coffee, and water. As a woman, I did not feel they were trying to take advantage of me and they did not try to oversell me on anything when getting my service with them. I will not hesitate to go back if I need service again.

The tech broke the oil cap during the oil change and we did not know about it till over an hour. The service manager was professionally and polite and discussed with me what happened. They offered to replace the cap for free. I want to give a shout out to the service manager. Job well done.
