My previous review, was on the CB shop in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is what happened there.

In July of 2020 my wife, son and I lost AC in our 2013, Infiniti JX 35..one mile from home as we were starting our family vacation! We traveled from Jensen Beach, FL to Knoxville, TN with no air conditioning. It was in the 90's in our car at different points in the trip.

We bought a new compressor from that Christian Brothers shop on Kingston Pike. $1454.60 was the total. Immediately we could tell that this thing was bad as it continued to whine from the start. We didn't have a Christian brothers near us. In December of 2022 we took it to the shop complaining that the ac was blowing hot. That was $131.52.

Finally on October, 26, 2023 the Christian Brothers Compressor blew up... about three months outside of the warranty. Yeah, that was another $6 or $700.00 as our local mechanic, gave us a little bit of a break.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend the Christian Brothers shop in Knoxville but do recommend the guys at the shop in Melbourne, Florida.

The employees at Christian Brothers Automotive were responsive and friendly, and did a very complete and thorough inspection, with detailed explanations for everything they found.
