The staff at Fitness Together have been awesome. Very helpful and willing to work with us through each exercise. The routine has helped me become aware of areas I need to strengthen as well as restore mobility to areas I was weak in.

I especially like the staff- in my case, I’ve only had Pam and she is excellent!!!! She is able to zone in on what the client needs and will benefit from. It’s expensive, however I am very happy that I saw the rec on Nextdoor app and came in. The positive reinforcement is also much appreciated : )

I am 71 & I love doing my "trainings" with Pam at the Fitness Together. I feel I get a good work out. I like the format they use to assess your strengths and weakness so they can tailor a specific plan to get your body functionally moving. I am noise sensitive, so this studio fits these needs of mine. Each trainer uses the same format to assess but approaches the workouts differently. They are flexible in accommodating your schedule. I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a quiet, clean workout space. CC

Personalized approach to address all my fitness issues. Pam and Dominick are very professional and knowledgeable about exercise and what to do if your body has joint pain or clicking or pulling anywhere. They immediately correct the exercise and push you just enough to make you stronger without compromising your joints. I feel very comfortable exercising with Pam knowing that she is watching and correcting when I use the wrong muscle group. I can not recommend FT enough. You will feel amazing and look amazing too.
