I like that I got a reminder text the day before, then on the day of, i was called to let me know the Technician, was going to arrive at the beginning of the window. He called when he arrived, did a quick assessment, and completed the job very quickly. The final result was better than I expected.

The person that came to clean my carpets was very nice and very communicative about the whole process and what to expect etc. My carpets look great, all the pet stains came out and the musty smell is gone :)
