Service was quick and efficient. Carpets looked and smelled clean and there was to residual smells or stiff carpet fibres due to too much soap. The carpets dried very quickly too!

I wanted to make sure that I had enough time to write a proper review, which is why it has taken me so long to reply, but I can not rave about you guys enough. From the very first email reply I had gotten from Todd and then the amazingly courteous conversations regarding scheduling with Kiima I couldn't have asked for more. And on appointment day I was kept in the loop in regards to any changes that needed. On the day of Josh arrived and was so professional and friendly, made my day even easier. and at the end he even shared before and after pictures with me so that I could use them for my social media (I'm a content creator) All in all thank you guys for making what could have been a very stressful day that much easier, I have already recommend you guys to any of my friends looking have things cleaned and sanitized in their homes.

We were very impressed with the service. Pretty nasty but satisfying to see all the dirt and dog hair removed from our carpet. Joshua was very thorough and explained the process well. Easy to book online and pay cashless through my phone.

We like the process..the machine that brought up items that our vacuum wouldn't, to the power water system that doesn't soak rug, but could see the clean vs dirty on rug, that was nice. And the people that we dealt with were wonderful.
