This was my first delivery from Osterman and I was very impressed by the skills and dedication of the truck driver, Lena. Unable to back the big truck down my driveway, she skillfully reversed it for a mile to reach a turnaround. From there, she backed it up another mile on a slippery dirt road, all the way to my driveway. Incredible!
Very friendly customer service, very fast delivery, the driver was incredible helpful as I am new to all of this. He helped explain the process he had to go through to light the boiler and it was very helpful. Very thankful for all of the wonderful people who work here.

What’s snot to like? They show up when you need gas, no calling and getting some scheduling run-around. Quiet, efficient and reliable.
I love the easy access on line, and that I can call to speak with a human when I need to. The delivery drivers are all very friendly and professional. I switched from a different service a few years ago, and i will never switch again.

The best thing you have going for this company is employee Brenda Adams. She is genuine and one of a kind. She has always always gone over and above to make sure people are comfortable warm. It is very rare that I find someone so memorable. I wish you had a thousand of her. I am on auto fill, and have been with Osterman for several years now, and have never run out of propane. We switched to Osterman, because our previous supplier who also had us on auto fill, let us run out of propane on 2 occasions, one being Thanksgiving! That was the straw that broke the camel's back.

consistent delivery and fair price
When an emergency occurs, you are right there. Came home from a winter vacation years ago with no heat. We were out of fuel. A truck came immediately for a fill up and we were warm again with no frozen pipes. So grateful! Now we have an automatic fill plan. Hooray!
