Andre T. was excellent, and made me feel very good during the entire transaction. Everyone at the dealership was terrific, from the demonstrator who answered all our questions, to James Ferland in the business office, to the fellow that assisted me with hitching up my new to me unit.

They are all consummate professionals, and I would certainly recommend to anyone I know that this is a great place to satisfy their RV needs.

Fair pricing

We were pleased with the inspections done on the motorhome. We were treated very well by Lorne Emerson. Will surely recommend. We live in SherwoodPark so it was a bit of travel, but so far happy with our purchase. We’ll know in spring when we start camping.

Sales was nice to deal with and had the trailer we wanted, didn’t try to push other trailers as we knew what we wanted. Super easy to deal with on our trade in. Took some time for trailer to be ready after deal was done. 4 Seasons Medicine Hat did come through with my concerns about a missing ladder, and some minor factory repairs that need to be addressed. Hopefully will be taken care of in the Spring. Overall a great local experience.
