We also appreciated her up-front transparency regarding her commission and how it would be used. Once we decided to utilize her services, she had a listing up and running the same day, with multiple viable offers in place within days. After we agreed to an offer, Teri was dogged (but always completely professional) in her follow-up communication with the buyers, to ensure that he transaction would be completed in a timely manner.
