Promptness! I have only been coming for a year or so but the 3 times I have been there I've only waited no more than 10 minutes. At my previous dr. it was sometimes an hour or more!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will be glad when bloodwork and other services will be available instead of going outside for another appt.

Everything. Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful employees. I absolutely love Barbara Austin. She never rushes me in my visit and always has my best Interest in my treatment

The office personnel are kind, helpful, and professional. They make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Jansen is patient, professional and allows you time to ask all your questions. Dr. Stevenson is equally as kind and encouraging.

I love the "down to earth" family friendly staff of this office. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I welcome the new faces but I sure do miss Jen! I highly recommend everyone I hear looking for a new doctor to this office. I've got my family with grandchildren going there and am trying to get other sons there as well. Aside from the office staff, I love, love, love Barbara Austin! She's a big reason why we started going there. My family has followed her for years and will continue as long as she's still at it!! My grandsons did physicals with Dr. Shriver a couple weeks ago and they really like him as well. His attentiveness and knowledge were awesome! He was very patient with two rambunctious little ones! The only thing I don't like is the drive as I don't live close by. So, I usually make my appointments late morning where I can shop and lunch while in the area! So, it's not that bad! I highly recommend any family looking for a new doctor as this office is second to none!! AAA+++
