What do you like about our office?

Nice facility, convenient, staff, Dr. Gill, Terri, Alton seem concerned about my health. However, after a recent health problem, I felt something could have been done more quickly or a follow up concerning my problem. I don't have medical knowledge of what to do when I'm not feeling well. Sometimes I don't call or go because I feel like a burden. Most times good specialists are recommended when I don't know what to do or where to go.

The office staff is courteous and helpful. Alden Watson the PA is absolutely on target with diagnosis and treatment. There is never a wait to get an appointment and they always do their best to accommodate our needs.

Friendliness of office staff, excellent care and follow up by providers. Dr. Gill and Alden really seem to care about their patients. They provide primary care for my whole family....we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly and efficient staff. Basically “on time”, Dr. Gill was very kind and I liked that he had a “scribe” so he could give me eye contact and listen to me. This was a new pt appt.

I felt that they went above and beyond in their care as a new patient. They walked over to me to return my ID and healthcare card rather than calling me up to the reception area. They spent time with me and answered all questions I didn't feel rushed at all. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the time I entered the office until I left. I would recommend their care to others.
