This is an excellent practice. Everyone works hard with patients. The star of the staff is Ms Candy. She is the office manager. I’ve never seen anybody as good at this job as she. Candy does every conceivable non-medical function for this office. There is no problem she can’t fix from scheduling to referrals to insurance. If you call her on the phone with a question, she will get you an answer in rapid time. One of the particularly noteworthy items is that she performs all these difficult duties with a smile and a friendly attitude. This is important to note because this is a very busy practice and she has lots of patients to work with. Ms Candy treats every patient with great care.
If I were starting a new business, I would try to hire Candy and then find an impo job for her to do. She is that good.
