So efficient and friendly. Feels like a small practice still. Do not like the new Baptist system phone, preferred it when I could just call the office. But easy to use the app to reach them directly.

Laura is the best primary caretaker I have ever had, and I am 70 years old. She is extremely thorough and doesn't rush through our visits. She is very congenial and easy to talk to. She exudes calmness. I enjoy my visits with her.
