From Kandy's greeting to her good-bye. She always says "no problem" and she truly exemplifies that all the times I am there.

What do you like about our office?

Conveniently located in the hospital complex, friendly and efficient staff, a very professional physician who does her best to track and coordinate specialists' care.
Parking is not a problem and the facilities are new. The practice has a well established
relationship with blood labs and all the top specialists in the area. Staff is knowledgeable
of insurance companies' reimbursements, particularly Medicare and Tricare For Life(military
retirees).

Dr. D-H is thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with as are her staff, Candy, Amy, Margaret C., and the medical assistant who checked me in Fri. (So sorry I am blocking on her name at the moment!) Whenever I have a request or need, they are quick to respond and in fact quite diligent in making sure I have all of the information I need to follow up any referrals. I especially appreciate how Candy made sure I had the details to f/u with my mammogram. I feel I am very well cared for.

Highly efficient, from the front office, don't know how Kandy does it, to Dr. Diez-Hoeck and and her support staff. Great office, supported by a knowledgeable staff. They consistently meet and exceed my expectations. I am VERY happy with my primary care doctor. Now, about that outstanding bill.......kidding, kidding.
