I like that each session is personalized to my fitness needs as well as my personality. Galen slowly introduces more advanced exercises when he thinks that I am ready, physically and emotionally. He offers information about exercise and nutrition, and he varies the exercises each session, thereby making the workout interesting.
JD Fitness has a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are friendly, professional, and really take the time out to explain how to execute every exercise properly.

First off, I love the actual space. Very calming and peaceful. Great escape from the "noise" of everyday life. Many places offer one-on-one/personal training....but the training environment is not conducive to that goal. When I'm there I truly feel it's all about me for that session...and it puts me in a good place mentally to face the rest of my day.
