Service Call last week....odd situation.
I called the Service number on my billing statement to report no hot water. A woman picked up and I explained the purpose of my call. She shared she could not help me or leave a message because she was the only one in the office. She asked me to call a private number and leave a message which I did not do. Odd because a Service tech had called to explain the repair visit to our home and the details to repair our water heater.

Your local staff who are the only office staff that are capable of providing service. Unfortunately
their local phone number is diverted elsewhere to representatives that either don’t know or don’t know what they are talking about. The local technicians are also great.

When I called to say we had run out of propane, the truck was here the next morning and the gas guy started our gas stove and our cook stove. He did a great job!
