I have been with Superior since they started servicing this area, nearly 20 years ago. My oil then and now propane has been nearly seamless. I used Superior when I converted to propane, and I am very happy with the furnace and the tax credits they turned me onto.

You deliver rain or shine
I have been with SuperiorPlus for more than 10 years now and I have never gone through a cold winter. Just when I'm about to call to be filled the truck is already in my driveway. My tanks are about 40 ft away from the driveway and this never seems to bother the delivery person. When I have to call them on the phone I am always handled by people who seem to love their job and the people they serve. Just recently I had an issue which I conveyed through email and it was immediately handled to my satisfaction. Two thumbs up to the people and service I get from SuperiorPlus.

When I have a question and call the office I always receive an answer. Never get a run around or feel like the person talking to me is not sure what the answer is. Just recently I called about when I was scheduled for a delivery. Orlando was the name of your associate I spoke to. He told me it would be the end of November. I said my gauge was reading about 15 and I had a sickly husband and usually kept the house fairly warm. He answered he would schedule an earlier delivery. That was on a friday, got the delivery on tuesday. Very pleased with the quick service.
