The dispatcher finally listen to our refill request due to our 4+ days without power and our generator was alkost out of propane running low with power not being restored for a fee more days!
Great customer service when I called to get a refill. She really listened to me and my needs. I had been running on generator for days due to power being down and was getting very low. I was set up to have a within 48 hours refill and they were there in less than 6 hours. Thank you for relieving my anxiety!!!

I was upset by Eastern propane for a while because the price per gallon kept creeping up regularly. I was ready to line up another vendor whose price per gallon was about 50 cents lower. I've been with Eastern for many years and really did not want to go through the hassle of swapping out the tanks in order to buy propane for the other guy so I called Eastern and the lady gave me a price close to the other guy. I really appreciated that.
Then recently I called Eastern to report that the gauges on the tanks were not working. One gauge read 100 and the other was close to zero. When the technician came out to look at it he discovered that the tanks were about two years over the date when they should have been replaced. The bottom of the tanks were starting to rust out and the gauges were broken so he told me he was going to put in a ticket to replace them both. About a week later Eastern showed up, replaced the tanks, and filled them up at a price I can live with.
So, after all that, I will stick with Eastern Propane.
