The people I spoke to and emailed are great people and cared about my concerns. They responded quickly to any contact I made.
The monitoring system is a joke. I have a propane fire place insert that runs about 6 hours a day. The monitor would show no usage in a 10 day period. I am guessing that is why the scheduler kept putting off my delivery.

The website is not friendly and could not submit my request for my 19% filled tank. Please revise website as I had to wait 25 minutes on hold to place my order with a person.

You're doing a great job keeping us from running out of gas! I do wish though you'd keep my generator/garage heat double tanks topped off though so so the bill would be more manageable. I have tried calling your office about it with no luck. Your truck is already here filling a single tank but you won't fill the double tanks even though those tanks need more fuel to fill than the one you just filled? I don't get it? Your truck is already here? I'm afraid to even use the garage heater because I can't chance the generator running out especially now. Please explain? Keep in mind we are seniors on social security! Thank you!
The need for propane is monitored by the company and delivered when needed. Jim, the serviceman, is great.
I like the prebuy option. I like that my two 100s are monitored and filled promptly when low.
I wish my 250 had a monitor on it, but because so little is used in a year it doesn't matter.
