We really appreciate the program design with the ongoing assessments, parent updates etc. I would appreciate the ability to bank up to a certain number of missed classes to be used during the summer of the same calendar year or to be able to top up the number of sessions with à la carte purchases. The new location in Kelowna although more spacious for students is a parking and drop off hassle. This location was a parking challenge long before the relocation of mathnasium and a busy business with frequent drop off and pick ups and children walking through busy parking lots wasn’t well considered.
I find Math class moves rather quickly in school nowadays not providing enough repetition to help children retain the information. Mathnasium is great as they cater to all needs, whether it's staying on top of it before it becomes or problem or helping a child that is already falling behind. It really helps to have that extra time they don't get in school which has a positive affect on their self confidence. The reward system is awesome as it gives positive reinforcement and a goal for the kids to strive for.
A great experience for both our children, they are in different grades and have different levels of interest in math. Mathnasium helped them gain confidence in school activities and when completing homework, as well as reach beyond the school curriculum and approach math competition at higher level.
Flexibility in scheduling is a plus, helping us navigate the many activities and commitments of our children.
My son started the year struggling and not liking math , now at the end of the year , he has progressed a lot and he’s loving it . It was a success ! Definitely I will bring him here again .
Mathnasium has really helped my son strengthen his math skills. It is excellent for improving children’s math skills and confidence.

The sessions are very useful and my son enjoys them. I do find the process of booking the sessions to be difficult though.
Appoints are made in advance and cancelled without our knowledge. Yet payment was withdrawn. Very unprofessional.

My daughter loves all of the instructors and gets a lot done during her sessions because she is motivated and feels confident. They always ask about school work topics and help her prep for tests. I love how the kids could convert their stars to any options available. It is not just about math but real-life scenarios.
What makes it even better is the limited-time shop. Some items disappear fast if another kid grabs them first, so my child has to decide quickly when to spend stars. It teaches smart decision-making and real-world trade-offs—like flash sales or limited stock—without feeling like a lesson.
I really love that my son feels comfortable with the teacher and staff there. The motivation to earn prizes truly encourages him to work hard :)

Harold has been incredibly patient and understanding, especially with my daughter, who is quite shy. He has been very flexible with her needs, and the staff are all excellent at what they do. This has saved me a lot of time, especially with how busy work gets, and I have seen such a positive change. My daughter is now more confident at school. I am honestly amazed that she even insists on not being late anymore just because her first subject is Math, haha. Thank you so much to everyone.

My kids have been going to Mathnasium, this specific location, for five years. The staff have been great, supporting their learning and connecting and motivating them along the way. The director Salina does a fantastic job rubbing the site. She is so supportive to parents and the students.
Ny son has developed strong mental math skills. He solves one- and two-step problems quickly and accurately without relying on written work.

The tutors at mathnasium explain math concepts clearly, they are very patient and supportive. The tutors adapt lessons to the students needs and pace. My children are more confident in their math now more than ever thanks to mathnasium. The session are engaging and well stuctured to each students ability. Alana is a wonderful communicator and her door is always open for parents with any concerns or questions. We highly recommend mathnasium.
I really like the flexibility to schedule a time. This has been very helpful. I wish I could get more feedback on how she's doing. I see the mastery checks completed, but not her strengths or weakness in specific areas.
