We’ve had a wonderful experience with Mathnasium of Tri-Cities over the past few months. Our daughter has made great progress in math and, just as importantly, has become much more confident in her abilities.
The staff are incredibly supportive and patient — they’ve created a positive learning environment where she feels comfortable asking questions and tackling challenges.
As parents, we really appreciate the regular updates we receive about her progress and learning plans. It’s reassuring to see a clear path and consistent communication from the team.

My child has been at Mathnasium for 1 month now. They are happy and in good spirits after every session. When they speak of math and math topics, they are sounding more confident and I even heard them say "that's so easy" in regards to some math questions. We are elated with Mathnasium. We came from Kumon in Cedar Cottage, and it was a huge struggle and none of us were happy about the situation. We are so glad we made the switch!
Sylvia is great to work with, she has reached out to connect with my daughters Inclusive Education teacher at school, so we can support her together. To move forward in the most beneficial way.

When my son started Grade 7 (he’s now in Grade 9), he realized he needed extra support in math to reach the same high grades he was achieving in his other subjects. Since joining Mathnasium, it has truly become like family for him. He enjoys going, the teachers are friendly, and the environment is positive and supportive. Dr. Shamir and Shina are especially kind, dedicated, and always helpful. I highly recommend Mathnasium Windermere to any parent who wants their child to build confidence, strengthen math skills, and fill any gaps along the way.
I don't have much to say yet but with the little I ve seen in my daughter's attitude towards Maths it's enough to say they are wonderful.
She is now comfortable doing maths and she is also faster in solving solutions and gets a very good marks at school. The staffs are warm and I think I am liking it.
My kids actually enjoy Math! I am not struggling for them to keep up in school and spend hours after work trying to help them.
My child loves coming and is learning lots and gaining confidence. My rating of 9 is simply due to cost being prohibitive for many.
Mathnasium is helping my kids develop strong math skills. The owners are responsive to feedback. I do wish there was a two days a week option. Because of the availability of the centre and my daughter's availability she can only attend twice per week but I have to pay for three sessions every week.
Tony and his staff are remarkable. They have the patience and expertise to meet the levels of all students. highly recommended!
I like that Mathnasium started a conversation between my son and me about Math skills he completed so thank you for the updates for the completed skills. I like that the facility is very accommodating. The facility coordinator is really good at what she is doing and the although I don’t have direct communication with the teachers, I see that they are people with positive attitudes. I am not giving ten out of ten at this point because my son questions why he needs to go to Mathnasium right now. If it gets better it will definitely be a ten :) Thank you!
Ava has been going to mathnasium for over a year. It was the first place it helped her to enjoy math. She struggles with her ADD with math but your system has helped her go at her level. The instructors in the beginning were amazing. Seems like usually students so after some time they leave for university. Unfortunately lately some of the instructors don’t seem the right personally or qualified and has not made the environment as enjoyable for Ava. One of the few reasons we are no longer attending mathnasium after this month. I know hiring is hard at the moment but it’s a very important part.
I just wanted to share how much my children, Isabella and Elisha, are enjoying their learning experience so far. They’re having a great time, and it’s been wonderful to see how much confidence they’ve gained. The lessons are not only educational but also fun, which makes a big difference. Thank you for your care, dedication, and for guiding them so well.

Mathnasium in SW Calgary has been absolutely wonderful for my daughter. Since starting here, her math skills and confidence have grown tremendously. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and really know how to make math engaging and approachable. The supportive environment and personalized approach make a huge difference.

My child has a great support in learning. Help from several instructors with different styles to provide math material supports/explanations is a unique approach that helps apprehend math concepts. Mathnasium also supports children self-esteem by helping children not to forget that they are smart.
It has been a great experience, our daughter enjoys the instructors and is increasingly confident with the subject.
The Mathnasium team here in Kelowna are amazing! They’re trained professionals, but also strive to make learning interesting and fun. My daughter has been attending since she was in elementary school and she is a high school student now. Mathnasium has provided her with the extra support she needs to feel more confident and capable in all her subjects, not just Math.
It’s been a great experience for my daughters. They are excited to attend Mathnasium and proud of their accomplishments when they are able to put into practice what they learn.
My overall experience has been great, with only a few hiccups with online classes during the summer.

In Mathnasium, my child has found a positive and encouraging group of students and instructors - all working together on a common goal. Approaching weaknesses with support and care, rather than embarrassment and shame, is a proven theory and has helped bring back my child's confidence in the classroom, and in life.
